Vendors

Become A Vendor for 2026

Please read the following information and fill out the form below if you are interested in becoming a vendor. We are also open to paranormal teams or locations that are interested in having a table.

Vendor Information

  • Vendors must pay a $50 non refundable deposit to secure your spot. 100% of vendor fees collected to go to the cause.

  • Tables and chairs are not provided so please bring your own.

  • Booths are 10" X 10"

  • We ask that vendors show up at 6:30 A.M. to start setting up your booths.

  • Electricity is not provided and booths will be set up outdoors. We recommend bringing a tent if you have one.

  • Vendors are responsible for setup and breakdown. Please bring everything you need with you: Tables, Chairs, Table cloths, tents, Signs, Etc.

  • We appreciate your participation in this event and look forward to seeing your products and talents. You will receive a verification email once your application has been received and reviewed. Once approved, you will receive by email, a link to pay for your booth. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us via e-mail. We are here to help and want to make this a very successful experience for everyone.

  • Please note that this event is rain or shine. We cannot offer refunds due to weather. 

  • After applying you will receive an email, if accepted you will be directed to a place to pay to secure your booth. Booth space is very limited.
